How much weight can a honeycomb cargo box carry?
We build to the load rating you specify — the configurator covers everything from under 100 kg to over 500 kg. The board grade, wall construction and internal bracing are all sized around your actual load, stacking height and how the box is handled.
Does it fold flat, and how is it assembled?
Yes. The box ships and stores flat, and assembles around the product without nails or tools. That cuts the warehouse space and inbound freight that pre-built wooden crates consume.
Is it for one-way export, or can it be returned and reused?
Both. For one-way export it goes out ISPM-15 exempt, with no fumigation or heat treatment. For a fixed route between your own sites we can build a foldable, returnable version that folds down for the trip back.
