Frequently Asked Questions
Which of the four should I choose for my product?
Start from the product and the journey it makes. A custom carton box suits most shipping and retail packing; a CNC-cut PE foam insert goes inside it when the product is fragile, heavy or high value; honeycomb board is for layer pads, edge protection and panels that carry load; and a honeycomb cargo box replaces a wooden crate for heavy export freight. Tell us the weight, how fragile it is and where it ships, and we recommend the line rather than asking you to pick one.
What do you need from us to prepare a quote?
Product dimensions and weight, the quantity you need, and where and how it ships. If you have a drawing, a 3D file, a photo or a sample of the product, send that too — it lets us specify the board grade or foam density accurately instead of quoting a range. Artwork in a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) is only needed if the packaging is printed.
Can one packaging solution combine more than one material?
Yes, and most do. A typical job is a printed double-wall carton with a cut PE foam insert inside it and honeycomb layer pads between the tiers on the pallet. Because all four lines are made in the same factory, the parts are engineered to fit each other and arrive together, rather than from three different suppliers.
Can you match or improve packaging we already buy?
Send us a sample of the current pack or its specification and we work back from it — dimensions, board grade, flute and construction — then quote a like-for-like replacement, or a version re-engineered to fix whatever is going wrong, such as crush damage in transit or wasted space on the pallet.
Where is your factory, and can we visit or collect?
Our factory is at No.13, Jalan Taming P/1, Taming Jaya, 43300 Balakong, Selangor, next to Cheras and Kajang in the Klang Valley. You are welcome to visit to see the materials and talk a project through, and self-collection can be arranged — contact us in advance so the order is packed and ready.
